Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and procedures through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas for improvement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to ensuring company’s products are high-quality to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
• Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with fixes and improvements
• Prepare First Article Inspection and PPAP reports
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential issues of nonconformance as early as possible
• Identify the root cause of defects and recommend solutions
• Prepare reports on nonconformances and corrective/preventive actions
• Review current quality documentation for accuracy and suitability
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality standards per Supplier Quality Requirements
• Direct a team of Quality Technicians across multiple shifts
• Work closely with internal teams to improving the quality of products supplied by company
Requirements and skills
• Previous work experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Solid understanding of ISO9001:2015 and it’s requirements
• Be able to run ISO audits in teams, or individually
• Experience in Electrostatic powder coating a plus
• Certification in Quality Assurance or engineering a plus
• Aluminum extrusion experience a plus
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification a plus
