Description:

UEG is seeking a Manufacturing Manager with a forging focus for a manufacturing facility in Illinois. This role leads production operations, supervises shop floor teams and drives process improvements to meet safety, quality and output goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in Forging, Foundry or CNC Machining required
• ERP experience preferred

Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and benefits
