She joined UEG in 2017 and received her bachelor’s degree from Millersville University.

Scott joined the United Employment Group team in 2020 as a Search Consultant, quickly ascending to the role of Director of Recruiting - Metal Stamping in 2023, specializing in the metal stamping industry. Graduating from the University of Delaware in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Scott transitioned from a successful career in Food and Beverage management to recruiting in 2007. Over the course of 13 years, he has demonstrated expertise not only in the hospitality industry but also in Healthcare Support Services, placing professionals such as Biomedical Technicians, Imaging Specialists, Facility Engineers, Chief Engineers, Facility Project Managers, and Senior Executive Leaders. With a solid reputation as a go-to resource in the Metal Stamping sector, Scott excels in recruiting for various roles, including Tool and Die Makers, Manufacturing Engineers, Directors of Engineering, Quality Engineers and Managers, Plant Managers, Sales Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales, and Vice Presidents of Manufacturing. His extensive experience positions Scott as the recruiter of choice for those seeking top talent.

Keegan continues to service the foundry world as the Director of Recruiting, Foundry and Metal Casting at United Employment Group. He specializes in offering contingent and retained searches collaborating with companies nationwide to identify and secure the best talent in the industry. Keegan has placed candidates in key positions, such as President/CEO, VP of Operations, Plant Manager, Foundry Manager, Maintenance Manager, and a variety of other crucial roles.

Tyler, as the Director of Recruiting – Plastic Injection Molding, brings over a decade of recruiting experience across various industries. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Recruiting Specialist for Concrete Hardscape and Masonry Products at UEG since 2021. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Tyler leverages his industry-specific knowledge and extensive network to connect top talent with leading organizations. His focus is on helping candidates find growth opportunities while assisting companies in securing skilled professionals aligned with their strategic goals.

Joseph joined United Employment Group in 2022, bringing four years of prior experience in developing his sales background. In January 2023, he joined forces with Daniel Soria to enhance the growth of the precast & concrete pipe desk. Collaborating closely with Daniel, Joseph plays a pivotal role in assisting companies in filling positions with qualified candidates and aiding individuals in identifying new opportunities within the industry. His specialization lies in local and regional searches, with a broader scope encompassing nationwide opportunities.

Upon completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kutztown University in 2021, Kristen McKenna entered the recruiting industry. Leveraging her military background, she discovered that her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills contributed to successfully placing candidates in various positions. She joined United Employment Group at the beginning of 2023 as a junior recruiting specialist, focusing on the precast/prestress industry. She collaborates closely with Michael Stauffer and, more recently, has been broadening her expertise in the supplier industry while working directly with Sarah Yoder. Kristen is passionate about assisting others and looks forward to further developing as a recruiter, establishing strong relationships with both employers and candidates.

Aly joined United Employment Group in January of 2025 as a recruiter, where she focuses on the Foundry industry. In her role, she works closely with Keegan Moyer, contributing to the growth and success of the company’s operations within this specialized field. Aly is passionate about helping others and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with both employers and candidates. Her dedication to understanding the unique needs of her clients and candidates has shaped her approach to recruiting. Riley Stauffer graduated from the University of Delaware in 2025 with dual degrees in Economics and Marketing. While pursuing her degrees, she interned with United Employment Group, where she gained valuable experience in the recruiting field. After graduation, she joined United full-time as a Recruiting Specialist, focusing on the precast/prestress concrete industry and working closely with Michael Stauffer and Megan Nonnemacher. Her strong academic background, combined with hands-on experience and a genuine interest in helping others succeed, makes her a highly valuable resource for both clients and candidates. Riley is committed to growing within the recruiting industry and is passionate about making meaningful contributions to the industries she serves.

Upon joining United Employment Group in March 2023, Xena brings a diverse professional background, holding a BS in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University and a license in esthetics. With experience spanning from physical therapy, administration, digital media, and customer service, she takes on the role of Office Manager/Digital Media Specialist. In this capacity, Xena will provide support to the office and collaborate with recruiting specialists on digital tasks. Her focus includes optimizing UEG's social media presence and elevating the company's online visibility.
