Seeking a strong business development professional with precast/prestress contacts in Central US!


**Work from home within territory

Territory: Central US (TX, LA, MS, AR, OK, KS, MO, NE, IA, SD, ND, MN)

Travel: 50%

Compensation: Base Salary $75-85k + commission



  • Develop relationships with precast / prestressed concrete producers in the assigned territory (includes PCI certified producers)
  • Manage sales life-cycle
  • Provide innovative solutions to the customers


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Precast & Prestressed concrete understanding
  • Experience dealing with precast & prestressed concrete producers
  • An understanding of end-to-end sales pipelines and customer life-cycle
  • Ability to negotiate contract scope and terms
  • Must be a critical and innovative thinker with the ability to remain customer and results-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a strong competitive drive and resiliency
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time by plane or car
