Role Overview
Drive growth in a high-impact sales territory by developing long-term relationships with ready-mix producers, contractors, engineers, and project specifiers. Focus on profitable expansion through new accounts, projects, and advanced concrete solutions while acting as a trusted industry partner. This role is ideal for a seasoned STM sales professional who enjoys market visibility, influencing mix designs, and winning business through expertise and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage strategic STM accounts and new project opportunities
- Drive organic growth via specifications, testing, and value-based selling
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize concrete mix designs and solve jobsite challenges
- Build strong relationships with producers, owners, engineers, and architects
- Represent the company at industry events, project meetings, and educational sessions
- Support pricing, proposals, and project tracking to exceed sales targets
Location & Travel
- Territory based NV
- Travel as needed, mainly local
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of sales and/or construction experience
- Strong understanding of customer relationships and account management
- Knowledge of mining, ready-mix, shotcrete, and concrete mix designs
- ACI Level 1 certification preferred; NRMCA Concrete Technologies (Level III) a plus
