We are looking for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of the North American territory. This is a player-coach role — you will manage and develop a team of Sales Engineers while also carrying your own portfolio of key accounts. The ideal candidate has a background in dry-cast or precast equipment sales and has led a sales team before. You should be comfortable in the field, confident presenting to executive-level decision-makers, and motivated to build something.
Travel is 50%–75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers, providing field support, coaching, and strategic direction across the territory
- Manage your own portfolio of high-value accounts through the full sales cycle — from discovery and solution design through closing, installation, and commissioning
- Set and enforce regional revenue targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs in collaboration with executive leadership
- Step in to drive lead generation in unstaffed or underperforming territories as needed
- Serve as the primary escalation point for territory challenges and capital equipment discussions
- Coordinate with Service and Parts to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize equipment downtime
- Identify, hire, and onboard new Sales Engineers to expand the regional footprint
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for account management and team accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales leadership experience — you have managed or mentored a sales team and held others accountable to revenue targets
- Background in dry-cast, precast, or industrial capital equipment sales — you understand the customer, the sales cycle, and the product
- Proven track record closing high-value ($1M+) capital equipment deals
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to present complex solutions to C-suite decision-makers
- Self-directed and highly organized — comfortable managing a remote team and a personal account load simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 50%–75% of the time
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with automation or custom-engineered equipment solutions
- Existing relationships within the precast or dry-cast concrete industry
