Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with precast concrete producers across the United States.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory.
- Meet or exceed pricing and profitability targets within assigned product lines.
- Monitor and communicate industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain regular contact with decision-makers, corporate leadership, and key influencers within customer organizations.
- Utilize long-term agreements and strategic selling techniques to secure and protect key accounts.
- Assist customers in improving efficiency through value-based selling and solution-oriented support.
- Provide technical assistance and help troubleshoot product or process issues when needed.
- Conduct product trials and collaborate with internal technical teams to support product development and customer success.
- Provide timely reporting on territory activity, customer feedback, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within an industrial or construction-related market.
- Strong background in value-based selling and strategic account management.
- Deep industry relationships with precast concrete producers throughout the United States.
- Proven ability to grow territory revenue and manage competitive markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
