Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass pricing and profitability targets across key product categories.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market needs; report findings to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients at all organizational levels, ensuring ongoing support and exceptional service post-sale.
- Promote the full portfolio of products to secure market share and protect high-value offerings from competitive pressure.
- Help clients optimize costs and operations using consultative, value-focused selling methods.
- Offer technical guidance and resolve product or process challenges with clients.
- Lead product testing initiatives and share insights with internal technical teams to support new product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing, preferably within specialty chemicals or related technical products.
- Proven track record in consultative, value-based selling.
- Experience in a leadership, competitive, or strategic sales role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
