What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Established relationships with precast producers throughout the territory
• Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of our products and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills — must be able to clearly convey product benefits to customers at all levels
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working to deadlines
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ACT experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

Experience & Education

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in industrial equipment or precast concrete plant operations, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
• 10+ years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering preferred; High School Diploma with relevant technical training required
• Valid driver’s license required

Working Conditions

• Role involves a mix of office, overnight travel, and time on manufacturing floors and customer sites
• Must be comfortable with physical demands of the role including standing, walking, driving, and navigating plant environments
