Position Details
- Location: Remote with up to 25% domestic travel within the US
- Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on candidate qualifications
- Required Experience: Strong ammonia and/or CO2 refrigeration experience preferred
What You’ll Do
Project Leadership
- Lead and manage refrigeration projects from concept through commissioning
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, field service)
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
Technical Excellence
- Review design documentation, specifications, and change orders
- Drive quality assurance and technical excellence
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements
- Champion best practices for commissioning, startup, and performance verification
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular status updates
- Manage client expectations and scope changes with clear communication
- Control project costs and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare financial reports and earned value analyses
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop project team members
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
