Full Time

Directly work on and develop all new mold processes
Directly lead and support the Injection Molding Process Technicians
Maintain all process functions of molding presses and auxiliary equipment
Responsible for press startups, ensuring quality, answering alarms, and continuing production in an efficient manner
Review sample parts and quality rejects and make recommendations for corrective action
Maintain process log books and review proposed process modifications with engineers
Troubleshoot processing, quality, and tooling issues
Work with maintenance to resolve press malfunctions and minimize downtime
Support the development of new tooling, machines, and associated production equipment
Strong organization and communication skills with internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to implement controlled molding processes in a production manufacturing environment
Experience with lot number traceability, engineering grade resins, and specification-driven processes

PLASTIC INJECTION experience needed
