This role oversees all aspects of the business, including aluminum extrusion, casting, fabrication, and finishing operations. The President drives growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while ensuring a strong culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan focused on growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide vision and leadership to position the company as a leader in the aluminum industry.
- Align organizational goals with market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure operational efficiency, high productivity, and cost control across all facilities.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as EBITDA, OEE, yield, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure the company meets or exceeds revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve margins and reduce costs.
- Oversee capital investment strategies, including equipment upgrades and facility expansions.
Qualifications:
Proven executive leadership experience (VP, COO, or President level).
Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Aluminum extrusion
- Aluminum rolling
- Aluminum casting (billet/slab)
Demonstrated success in driving growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
