Oversees daily operations of the precast concrete plant, including production scheduling, workforce supervision, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Coordinates with engineering, QC, and dispatch to meet project specifications and NPCA standards while controlling labor, materials, and equipment usage. Drives productivity, maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable plant performance.
