Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Team Leader to lead and mentor a regional field service team. This is a high-impact national travel role with competitive compensation and significant leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor a regional field service team
- National travel role — 90% travel expected
- Oversee complex industrial refrigeration projects
- Ensure compliance with ANSI/IIAR-6 and EPA 608 standards
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industrial refrigeration experience
- RETA CRST certification preferred
- Expertise in ammonia and industrial refrigeration systems
- Strong knowledge of screw & piston compressors
- Proficiency with P&ID and electrical schematics
- ANSI/IIAR-6 and EPA 608 Universal certification
- Leadership and mentoring experience
