Position Overview
A leading concrete equipment organization is seeking a Head of After Sales Services to lead and expand aftermarket operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across spare parts, service, and retrofit solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction. The position will lead regional sales and service teams, oversee performance metrics, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to align strategy with market demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete or heavy industrial equipment industries
• Strong leadership experience managing sales and/or service teams across multiple regions
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems used in concrete equipment
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred) and performance reporting
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as needed across North America
