Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry Program Manager in the Midwest. This role leads major capital projects, covering schedules, budgets, contractors and equipment installation, while managing new customer program launches. As those projects wrap up, it moves into a customer-facing program management role.

Requirements

✅ 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, manufacturing engineering or manufacturing leadership

✅ Experience managing complex projects across multiple departments and outside vendors

✅ Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling and industrial equipment

✅ Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks and deliverables

✅ Experience communicating directly with customers, suppliers and senior leadership

✅ Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project or similar tools

Preferred

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related field

✅ Metal casting or foundry experience, including capital projects or equipment installations

✅ PMP certification

Salary: $100K – $130K
