Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry Process Engineering Manager in the Midwest. This role leads a team of process engineers and technicians at a sand molding foundry. It owns molding and core making process standards, scrap reduction, and root cause work on customer quality concerns.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

✅ 10+ years of related experience, including sand molding foundry experience

✅ Experience leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians

✅ Strong root cause analysis skills (8D) and experience with control plans

✅ Working knowledge of SPC/SQC and quality data analysis

✅ Strong project management and communication skills

Preferred

✅ Molding and core making process experience

✅ Experience presenting to customers and leading quality resolutions

Salary: $110K – $120K
