UEG is seeking a Foundry Management Trainee-Future Leader in the Southeast. This role offers a structured path into plant leadership through hands-on training across production, quality, engineering, safety, accounting and human resources, with growing supervisory responsibility along the way.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration or a related field (equivalent experience considered)

✅ Strong analytical skills, including working with production data, costs, scrap and budgets

✅ Interest in leading people and growing into a plant management role

✅ Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to work on-site full time in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

✅ 1-3+ years of related experience

✅ Manufacturing, foundry or supervisory experience

Salary: $90K – $115K
