Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry Engineer in the South. This hands-on, shop-floor role improves manufacturing yields by designing rigging, tooling and fixtures, setting process standards, and troubleshooting production issues with the Quality and Operations teams.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field

✅ 2-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred

✅ Experience with Creo, SolidWorks or similar CAD software

✅ Process capability skills (Cp/Cpk) and statistical analysis

✅ Proven troubleshooting, process improvement and project management skills

✅ Strong communication skills and a desire to be on the shop floor

Preferred

✅ Foundry rigging and tooling design experience

✅ Lean manufacturing background

Salary: $100K – $135K
