Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry EHS Manager in the Midwest. This role owns the safety and environmental programs for a foundry operation, keeps the site compliant with OSHA, EPA and state requirements, and builds a safety-first culture on the floor.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

✅ 5+ years of EHS management experience in manufacturing, foundry or heavy industry

✅ Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and state regulatory requirements

✅ Experience managing air, water and waste permits and working with regulatory agencies

✅ Proven experience with incident investigations, audits and compliance programs

Preferred

✅ Lean or continuous improvement background

Salary: $100K – $125K
