Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry 3rd Shift Maintenance/Electrical Supervisor in the Northeast. This hands-on role leads the night shift electrical team at a high-production foundry, directing electricians, troubleshooting equipment and controls, and cutting downtime to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

✅ Associate degree or 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

✅ Ability to troubleshoot AC and DC circuits and read electrical prints and schematics

✅ PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)

✅ Knowledge of industrial power distribution and electrical safety standards

✅ General knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

✅ Strong commitment to safety, including lockout/tagout

Preferred

✅ Experience supervising electricians or maintenance technicians

✅ CMMS experience

Salary: Up to $120K
