SUMMARY
Oversees field projects by executing detailed oversight and coordination of assigned projects and conducting direct interface with multiple teams of jobsite leaders & supervisors in order to facilitate and direct the field crews.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Results: Field Superintendent will develop operational plans, project schedules and goals that achieve overall operational efficiency. Responsible for supervising and directing the day to day activities of field project crew leaders / subordinates to attain project milestones and goals, while meeting or exceeding erection and delivery schedules and budgets. Monitor daily company activities to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel, to achieve company goals and vision.
- Financial: Reviews and analyzes project expenditures, financial, and operation reports to determine requirements needed for increasing/insuring profitability. Coordinate with operational personnel to ensure project budgets are met. Manage aspects of field contract administration, change order requests, invoices, and progress payments. Maintain and oversee that project deadlines, budget and costs are under control. Review with appropriate personnel that requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies are within limits of project or department budget.
- People: Supervise, Lead and Mentor Field Project staff and support teams. Partner with HR on hiring / project staffing and the development and retention of project teams. Work with Field Leaders, Supervisors and other subordinates to set performance goals, develop job skills and coordinate/schedule training. Trains and develops project personnel.
- Safety and Government Compliance: Enforces compliance of personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
- Champions Customer Service: Ensure that we provide quality service and that processes meet or exceed customer expectations. Build good relations with clients to promote Napco for future projects.
- Quality: Maintaining compliance with PCI Standards in all areas.
- Business Ethics: Demonstrate business operations and project leadership; exemplifying our code of ethics and promote a respectful environment for all team members, following our mission and values.

- Leadership, time management and project management skills required.

- Ability to interact with all levels of Management
- Basic Computer Knowledge required.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma
- College degree preferred. Experience can be considered to waive this requirement.
- Minimum 10-year experience in field operations in the Construction Industry.
- Minimum 10-year experience in Precast in field operations.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform general office administrative activities
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
