We are seeking Field Service Technicians to support concrete mixing and batching equipment across assigned territories. These are field-based roles requiring strong mechanical aptitude, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of concrete production equipment at customer sites
- Respond to service calls and provide technical support throughout the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
- Travel throughout the assigned territory regularly
Requirements
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical experience with industrial or heavy equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
Preferred
- Experience servicing concrete batch plants, mixers, or related equipment
- Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or PLC experience
- Background in a field service or traveling technician role
