We are searching for a Civil Land Development PM to join a large national firm in their Atlanta area office. The firm has a well-established presence in the area and is looking to expand! The firm works on a wide range of commercial land development projects across various sectors such as education, healthcare, mixed-use, entertainment, and more!

Duties:
- Manage and/or review the development of design tasks, such as conceptual planning, detailed grading, and drainage designs associated with civil engineering construction projects to ensure value engineering is achieved.
- Develop project schedules and construction timelines.
- Prepare proposal scopes, project schedules, and change orders, as required.
- Perform financial management, including invoice preparation, accounts receivable, and project profitability.
- Mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects and staff
- Experience across a wide range of land development projects
- Experience with AutoCAD C3D and the ability to train junior staff
- Client management experience
- PE is preferred
