Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor in the South. This hands-on role leads the overnight maintenance team at a foundry, handling preventive maintenance, quick response to breakdowns and repairs, so production is ready to run safely at every shift change.

Requirements

✅ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisor role

✅ Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills

✅ Experience with PLCs and motor controls

✅ Experience assigning and tracking work orders and preventive maintenance in a CMMS

✅ Strong commitment to safety, including lockout/tagout

✅ Ability to lead a team independently on the overnight shift

Preferred

✅ Foundry or heavy manufacturing experience

✅ Experience maintaining automated molding lines, sand systems or melt equipment

Salary: 90k-100k
