We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to handle customer technical inquiries, support product education, and assist with technical documentation for a specialty line of concrete repair and restoration chemicals. The ideal candidate understands the full picture — how a contractor selects and applies a product, how an inspector evaluates it, and how a manufacturer supports it.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer technical questions and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Support customers on product selection, application methods, and field troubleshooting
- Assist with development and review of data sheets, educational materials, and presentations
- Travel occasionally to support field training and technical education as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams on legal and compliance review of technical documents
Requirements
- Experience with concrete repair and restoration products required
- Technical writing experience required — data sheets, product literature, and educational materials
- Ability to advise from contractor, inspector, and manufacturer perspectives
- Strong technical communication skills
- Engineering degree or engineering background strongly preferred
