Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor in the Southeast. This hands-on role leads the second shift maintenance team at a foundry. It covers preventive maintenance, quick response to breakdowns and new equipment installs, with the goal of keeping the plant running safely and smoothly.

Requirements

✅ 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or machining

✅ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

✅ Experience with TPM or reliability-centered maintenance programs

✅ Experience assigning and reviewing work orders and managing outside contractors

✅ Strong knowledge of safety rules and regulations

✅ Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

✅ Foundry experience

✅ Experience with new equipment installations and modifications

Salary: $115K – $120K
