Job Description
Reporting to the President of Florida, the Regional Operations Manager role oversees 3 sites and 4 lines in central/western FL. The position carries full accountability for production and delivery operations across the region, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive performance and support the division’s ongoing growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all block production facilities and delivery operations statewide
- Own the division’s profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
- Set and track operational and financial performance metrics
- Make key decisions on production, staffing, equipment, transportation, and resource allocation
- Lead and develop plant and operations managers, and hold them accountable to performance standards
- Partner cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Team Member Services, Safety, and Maintenance
- Ensure safety compliance across all locations
- Report directly to the Executive Leadership Team on results, challenges, and opportunities
- Travel regularly throughout Florida to visit facilities
