Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry Maintenance and Engineering Manager in the Midwest. This plant leadership role oversees the engineering and maintenance teams at an iron foundry and owns equipment reliability, uptime and capital projects from concept through commissioning.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)

✅ 5-8 years of progressive engineering and/or maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing

✅ Experience running preventive and predictive maintenance programs and executing capital projects

✅ Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control systems

✅ Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, AutoCAD and CMMS

Preferred

✅ Foundry experience with gray and ductile iron processes

✅ 3D modeling and simulation software experience

Salary: $115K – $130K
