Summary

UEG is seeking a Foundry Quality Manager and Outsource Manager in the Northeast. This combined role leads the quality function at a foundry and manages outside suppliers and service providers so parts meet customer requirements and ship on time.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience

✅ 5+ years of quality experience in a foundry or metals manufacturing setting

✅ Experience managing outside suppliers, including vendor selection, performance and quality

✅ Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills (8D, MRB)

✅ Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T

✅ Experience with customer quality requirements, audits and certifications

Preferred

✅ ISO 9001 experience

✅ Supply chain or purchasing background

Salary: $120K
