Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cast house production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Lead, coach, and develop cast house team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Monitor production performance and address operational issues as they arise
- Communicate with management and production personnel across shifts
- Train employees on procedures, safety standards, and best practices
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Cast house, foundry, aluminum, steel, or metal production experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality standards
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass all required background screenings and preemployment requirements
