Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure safety, quality, and productivity are monitored, corrected, and improved as required
Collaborate with all departments to continuously improve through waste reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Assist in developing technical and operating capabilities
Work with Shift Team Leaders and Supervisors to monitor operations for safety, environmental, and housekeeping concerns and ensure action is taken to protect employees and the environment
Ensure appropriate scheduling and availability of resources so customer requirements are met at the lowest possible cost
Oversee preventive maintenance functions and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in setting priorities and initiatives to maximize equipment availability, reliability, and uptime
Ensure all elements of the Quality System are followed and improved
Work with the Technical Team to conceptualize, develop, test, and implement new technology
Actively drive Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another relevant discipline from an accredited institution
10 or more years of managerial experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
Experience in extrusion finishing processes
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
