Our client is a leading rebar fabrication company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects from estimating through completion, working alongside detailing teams and coordinating multiple products and vendors. This person will maintain a positive customer service environment while maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Review contract documents and drawings and coordinate detailing efforts
- Provide total contract management including cost-effective coordination of detailing, scheduling, and delivery
- Coordinate project requirements with contractors, engineers, and architects
- Review and process change orders in accordance with company procedures
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to teammates and customers
- Represent the company in project meetings as needed
- Work with leadership to manage financial aspects of contracts
- Report on work progress, costs, and scheduling
- Frequent travel to jobsites and customer locations
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in rebar or commercial construction project management .
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
