Role Summary

Oversees company wide sales and marketing strategies, as well as manages sales for the territory.
- Recruit, develop, manage, and motivate inside and outside sales teams.
- Oversee new employee training and ongoing training/development for existing sales team members.
- Establish sales goals with sales managers. (South, Central, North).
- Prospecting new markets, expanding the customer base and customer retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify and manage key suppliers and vendors.
- Train Sales manager through new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with fellow directors and sales managers to create strategies and optimize processes/workflows.
- Promote adoption and ongoing development of the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Work closely with Marketing, Production, QC to align sales efforts.
- Provide input to product development based on market demand.
- Provide input on pricing adjustments driven by market demand.
- Collect weekly sales reports from Sales managers on customer feedback from in-house and outside sales representatives.
- Create and maintain territory forecasts to provide to CEO and President at biweekly meetings.
- Oversee and direct the upkeep of sales centers, including overall appearance, seasonal maintenance of paver pads and outdoor displays, showroom condition, updating displays with new products, and removing obsolete items.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the building materials, concrete products, or hardscape industry, with a demonstrated track record of managing multi-site or regional sales teams.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and hold accountable both inside and outside sales teams across multiple locations, including hiring, performance management, and development.
- Experience developing and executing territory sales strategies, including new market prospecting, customer base expansion, and retention across geographically dispersed regions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and the ability to drive adoption, reporting, and process discipline across a sales organization.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work alongside Production, QC, and Marketing to align sales activity with operational capacity, product development, and pricing decisions.

Travel Requirements
Regular travel is required within the assigned territories, including Fort Myers (South), Bartow (Central), and Palatka (North), to support sales centers, customer visits, and key meetings/events. Travel frequency may vary based on business needs and typically includes periodic onsite office hours at remote locations.
