We’re looking for a Project Surveyor and/or a Sr. Project Surveyor to join a collaborative, close-knit survey team based out of Sacramento, CA. This is a hybrid role (typically 2-3 days in office) with flexibility depending on experience level. The firm has multiple offices throughout CA and this role can be located in any of their offices and will be supporting their Sacramento team! What the role involves:

• Overseeing all phases of surveying across multiple concurrent projects
• Producing ROW, ALTA, topographic, boundary, and legal description work
• Working with both field and office personnel under a Licensed Surveyor
• Calculate accurate Easements and Boundary Lines from Record Maps and Grant Deed Descriptions and Title reports
• Perform property information research duties for record of surveys, tract maps, parcel maps, deeds, as‐built, etc., using internet and document search software.
