I’m currently partnered with a multidisciplinary engineering firm looking to bring on a Director of Land Survey + Data Solutions to lead and grow a well-established, company-wide practice.

This position can be located out of any of their offices across Upstate NY or Pittsburgh.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing 20+ survey professionals across PA & NY, with full responsibility for strategy, financial performance, and continued expansion of surveying and geospatial services across infrastructure and land development projects. You’d be working closely with executive leadership, driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the firm’s long-term direction.

They’re looking for someone with strong experience in survey management, team leadership, and client growth, along with a PLS license in PA. The role offers great benefits, a hybrid schedule, and a clear path to influence at the executive level.
