We’re looking for a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across Florida and Georgia. This field-based role has a direct impact on customer success and long-term growth through clear communication, real-time problem solving, and strong relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts
- Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site
- Lead and monitor field trials
- Inspect, calibrate, and maintain equipment
- Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product use
- Deliver in-person training presentations for customer teams
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a demanding travel schedule
- Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required)
- Hands-on concrete experience preferred but not required; technical skills can be taught. Professionalism, accountability, and ability to earn trust on the plant floor are essential.
