We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow a territory selling concrete plant equipment and related solutions to ready-mix and precast producers. This role will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships while driving new business throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established territory calling on ready-mix and precast concrete producers
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with producers across the territory
- Work with customers to understand plant equipment needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and support the sales process through close
- Coordinate with engineering and internal teams on project requirements
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers, attend plant visits, and support projects
Qualifications
- Experience selling equipment or technical products to ready-mix or precast producers
- Strong existing relationships and contacts with ready-mix producers in the territory
- Ability to manage accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large territory
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel 50% or more throughout the territory
- Ability to work directly with producers on plant equipment needs and solutions
Preferred
- Experience with concrete batch plants, mixers, plant equipment, or related systems
- Background working with ready-mix or precast operations
