Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Concrete Equipment Sales Representative to grow market share and support customers with engineered equipment solutions. This role requires the ability to read plant layouts, interpret technical drawings, and evaluate production workflows. A strong mechanical aptitude and consultative sales approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with ready-mix, precast, and concrete producers
- Identify, pursue, and close new equipment sales opportunities
- Review and interpret plant layouts, structural drawings, and technical specifications
- Utilize AutoCAD to review, modify, and mark up drawings as needed
- Conduct site visits to assess plant configurations and operational needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate proposals and system design
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Maintain pipeline activity and sales forecasting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial, construction, or concrete equipment sales experience preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD required
- Ability to read and interpret plant layouts and engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of concrete production processes and equipment
- Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related), not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Travel Requirements:
- 50–60% travel within assigned territory
