We are working with a client looking for a Sr. Civil Engineer & PM to join their growing team in Northern Florida! They are an award-winning firm with a great reputation in the region! The firm works on a wide range of land development projects across various sectors such as commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and more!
Duties:
- Develop project scope, cost proposals, and contracts
- Lead/manage project budgets, schedule, and resources
- Oversee/train/mentor junior staff
- Maintain client relationships
- Lead land development design
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of land development experience
- PE in Florida or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong background in managing land development projects of all sizes.
