Position Summary:
•Lead regional sales with a technical focus in concrete/precast markets
•Guide customers and internal teams on complex project solutions
•Leverage PCI relationships to grow market presence
•Develop territory plans balancing technical consulting and business growth
•Recruit, train, and mentor technically skilled sales staff
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars
•Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity
Required Qualifications:
•7+ years sales in concrete/precast/construction, 3+ in leadership
•Strong technical knowledge of concrete equipment, production, and materials
•Established PCI network and active industry involvement
•Proven experience managing and developing technically capable sales teams
•Comfortable with ~50% travel in Georgia
•Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience selling capital equipment, production systems, or engineered solutions to precast producers
•History of exceeding regional sales targets
•Familiarity with specification-driven, engineering-focused projects; experience selling to precast producers
