A leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete masonry and hardscape products is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across Ohio, Kentucky, and Western Pennsylvania. This role will focus on expanding market share through strategic engagement with dealers, contractors, landscape professionals, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve growth targets in concrete masonry and hardscape product lines.

Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including dealers, landscape contractors, and general contractors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and product placement.

Provide technical product knowledge, design support, and installation guidance to customers.

Conduct regular site visits, product demos, and training sessions for dealers and contractors.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure superior customer experience.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and professional associations.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

3+ years of sales experience in building materials, ideally in concrete masonry, hardscape, or related construction products.

Proven success in territory management, dealer development, and contractor sales.

Strong understanding of the hardscape and masonry market, including installation practices and product applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory (OH, KY, Western PA).
