Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and scheduling.

Provide hands-on leadership on the plant floor, actively engaging with operators and maintenance staff to resolve issues and improve processes.

Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.

Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal machine reliability and efficiency.

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards.

Help manage and train plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Assist in inventory management for raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.

Contribute to capital improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.

Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the brick, ceramics, or related heavy building materials industry.

Strong hands-on mechanical and maintenance skills, with the ability to troubleshoot plant equipment.

Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within manufacturing.

Knowledge of production processes for brick or ceramics manufacturing a strong plus.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
