Shotcrete Nozzleman for Immediate Hire



Primary Responsibilities

 Performs structural shotcrete services, quantity surveys, shotcrete estimates, and project proposals
to ensure adherence to project specifications.
 Assures achievement of productivity, quality and safety objectives.
 Review drawings and specifications and identify risks associated with the project.
 Manages personnel development and activities to maximize efficiency of workforce.
 Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects,
reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
 Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general
support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
 Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial shotcrete construction.
 Must have ACI Shotcrete Nozzleman Certification for Wet-Mix Process - Vertical Position.
 Intermediate PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
 Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
 Ability to travel and work for an extended period of time on projects inside and outside of office

Preferred Qualifications
 Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are a plus.
 30 Hour OSHA card desired.

Excellent salary range.  Benefits are as such:

Benefits: Your insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) would take effect the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment.  Year One (1) and Two (2) you contribute approximately half (1/2) of the weekly premium cost.  After year Two (2), you contribute approximately one-quarter

(1/4) the weekly premium cost.

You would be eligible to join the 401(k) Plan the first day of the month following 90 days after you start work, and the company will begin any applicable matching of funds 12 months after you start work.  Company matches a total additional amount of 4% up to an employee’s contribution of 5%.

Company will cover the cost of COBRA insurance until you are eligible to join health insurance program.
Term life insurance – Currently, company offers a $15,000 policy provided at no cost to employee. Additional life insurance available at competitive rates.

Dental Plan optional.

Vacation:  All full-time salaried employees accrue vacation beginning with their first day of work.  After six (6) months of service, you will be eligible for ten (10) days of vacation.  In the year of your 3rd employment anniversary, you will earn the accrued portion of an additional week of vacation.

Holidays:  Six (6) paid holidays per year – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Company also typically recognizes the day after Thanksgiving.
