United Employment Group is seeking a Sales Representative in the Southeast.

Description:

  • Execute annual sales plans consisting of individual and team goals
  • Manage margin through strategic price, actionable cost management, and effective negotiation
  • Establish strong and productive customer relationships with existing and prospective accounts
  • Continually communicate and educate customers in the value of our turnkey model
  • Identify and develop process changes to eliminate waste/increase profitability
  • Actively engage in the Safety Culture of a company who demonstrates caring for our employees, our customers’ and all trades on the job site
  • Drive business growth through customer knowledge and market understanding
  • Build knowledge of local and national market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Know active and prospective customer base, their needs and expectations in order to sell the value of our business model
  • Seek knowledge of the competition and ensure information is disseminated back into the organization in a way that can shape action
  • Partner with the Regional team to ensure bids and invoicing are accurate and timely

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of direct sales or account management experience preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry and/ or building materials industry preferred
  • Effective communicating in person, via phone and written correspondence
  • Conducts self with the highest ethical and moral standards
  • Highly accountable
  • Works will independently and within a team environment to communicate effectively, overcome obstacles and achieve goals
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Thrives in an dynamic, performance based environment
  • Dependable and able to follow-up and execute against multiple priorities
  • Asks meaningful questions with critical listening and analytical skills
  • Strategic, introduces creative ideas to team and leaders
