The position is responsible for coordinating the growth of all parts and supplies for the South East Region.

The position is responsible for coordinating the growth of all parts and supplies for the South East Region. This person is accountable for sales growth, margins, department profit and loss (financials), responsible for inventory control and customer management, as well as coordinating and overseeing all activities between internal customers, and vendors. Oversees and ensures proper planning and coordinating to meet sales forecasts and to balance the level of manpower requirements. Investigate and follows up on deviations to the delivery of sold goods. Perform and oversee the purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment sales for the operation of the region in addition to all inventory items. Investigates and solves problems resulting from materials shortages. Manage the shipping and receiving functions of the region and oversee the storage of purchased goods.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Parts Department Management
Customer Sales Knowledge-Sales Quotes and Quote Follow-up
Vendor Relationships-negotiations, pricing structure and Lead time
Inventory Control and Management
Warehouse functions: Shipping/ Receiving, will-call
New clients acquisition-must be comfortable cold calling
Industry Knowledge is ideal but not a requirement
BS Degree or in related field preferred but not required if extensive experience in ammonia refrigeration or JDE (Oracle) software
Bilingual – fluid Spanish & English
5+ years in parts sales, inventory control or ammonia refrigeration environment
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Customer Service, Organizational Skills,
Understanding of gross margin and P & L
Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
Fork Lift Certified a plus
Must be able to lift 50lbs
